Martin Wright Associates (MWA) was formed in April 1998 to provide consultancy services to the Civil Engineering Industry. The Practice is located in Chester with regional offices in Wrexham and Cardiff and is able to offer highly competitive services in Coastal and Fluvial sectors of the industry to Consultants, Contractors, Central and Local Government and the Private Sector.
The company
The Company is headed by Martin Wright, who is the Managing and Technical Director dealing specifically with reporting , whilst Dylan Jones deals with the Design and Construction side of the business. Ann Liddell is our office manager based at our head office in Saighton, near Chester.
MWA also employ many experienced engineers, who assist with the ever-increasing workload and development into other sectors, mainly involving client and management advice and dealing with risk.
Policy
The policy of MWA is to provide competitive consultancy services throughout its areas of expertise. We also provide other related consultancy services via a range of sub-consultants who work in partnership with MWA. These related services include environmental services provided by Cascade Consulting, structural engineering provided by EWP and research services in conjunction with the University of Wales, Bangor
Insurances
MWA carry £5 million PI, £10 million Employers Liability and £10 million Third Party Insurances.
Turnover
MWA is currently expanding and had a turnover in excess of £500k in 2007/08.
